Synopsis "Le strade romane (in Italian)"

Le strade romane è un opuscolo rivolto a quanti vogliano approfondire un argomento divenuto molto in voga negli ultimi anni soprattutto da un punto di vista turistico: è recente notizia l'istituzione di una giornata nazionale dei cammini francigeni che promuove le località attraversate dalla medievale Via Francigena che partiva da Canterbury per arrivare a Roma. Le strade romane affronta in modo particolare il sistema con cui era organizzata la viabilità all'epoca dei romani, ma anche come i viaggiatori si orientavano lungo le strade e come venivano costruite le strade. L'ultimo capitolo affronta il momento di passaggio dalle strade romane alle strade medievali.
