Synopsis "Missing Mrs. Bunn"

Well-known young adult author Jane McFann is back, this time with a funny and suspenseful novel for elementary-aged children. Mia is an aspiring young writer who doesn't always follow the rules. Albert is her best friend, even though he cherishes his perfect behavior record. Both love their teacher, Mrs. Bunn, who calls her students her "scholars" and may just be the best teacher in the world. When Mrs. Bunn fails to show up for school on the day when she had been planning to celebrate her scholars' record-breaking test results with homemade cookies, Mia and Albert set out on a dangerous mission to find her. Their devotion to Mrs. Bunn is matched only by the love of their dogs, Ruby and Fernando, who track Albert and Mia to the mysterious scene of Mrs. Bunn's disappearance.
