Synopsis "Not the brochure"

Not the BrochureEver wondered what it's really like to live and work in campgrounds across America? The brochures promise peaceful forests, friendly campers, and relaxing sunsets. The reality? Well... it's not always quite like the brochure. In Not the Brochure, Steven J. Erkman shares humorous and unforgettable real-life stories from his time working as both a camp host and a workamper. From eccentric campers and campground chaos to the unexpected challenges of life on the road, these stories reveal the side of campground life that visitors rarely see.Told with honesty, wit, and a healthy sense of humor, this book pulls back the curtain on the strange, funny, and sometimes unbelievable moments that come with living where other people vacation. If you enjoy stories about:¿ RV life and campground adventures¿ The unpredictable nature of people¿ Behind-the-scenes travel experiences¿ Humor based on real events...then this book will feel like sitting around a campfire listening to the stories that never make it into the brochure.Because campground life is many things. But sometimes...It's not the brochure.
