Synopsis "Polar Bear Soup"

Things weren't too good way up North, The problem as large and growing, It threatened all the Polar Bears, The rubbish that people were throwing. The air, the land, the water too, Suffered from man-made waste, A food supply for all the bearsWas needed in great haste. This amusing, off the wall children's story has a deeper message of conservation and the effect of climate change on the Arctic Polar Bears. Delivered in rhyme with a touch of silliness it is the ideal portal for a deeper discussion on how every individual's efforts can change the fate of all wild animals and save them from extinction.A4 sizing with full colour, hand painted graphics, as children turn each page they will be amused by the antics of the Polar Bears as they struggle to prepare new but nutritious food in an effort to stave off extinction. The hidden message is that children should also enjoy a wide range of healthy food. On the practical side, included is a recipe for vegetable soup aka Polar Bear Soup.
