Synopsis "Postcards Folding Worlds"

Some postcards travel farther than the postal service intended.Montreal, 2035. Abraham, a twenty-five-year-old history student, finds the keys to an underground library, presses his thumb against a forgotten memory stamp, and falls through the wrong century. Agrippina is waiting for him in Rome, 55 CE, holding the first of eight pieces of a puzzle older than the empire she built for her son.Jerusalem, the same year. The city is still radioactive and still arguing about borders. Lydia, a war journalist with nothing left to lose, learns that the necklace she has worn all her life is the strongest piece of the same puzzle.Completed, the pieces reveal the Final Postcard, an artifact that grants its holder a single wish. King Darius and his fanatics are already hunting it. Abraham and Lydia have never met, and each carries a wish the other cannot survive. Every jump rewrites the traveler a little more. Who decides which version of the past gets to exist?Every copy travels with a postcard of its own.
