Synopsis "Secrets"

Emma Thornton has a secret. She is an outcast at the small Misty Point high school she attends. She doesn't talk and refuses to acknowledge her fellow students. But that's not her secret. Her secret is why. No one would believe that, just by standing in the same room with her, she learns their deepest, darkest secrets. Now, she is forced to separate herself from the company of others and has accepted the fact that she can never have a normal life...until Draven McCabe comes along. Emma discovers something about Draven that she never imagined: there are no secrets for her to hear, no thought emanating from him, there's nothing but silence. After suffering a horrific tragedy, Draven McCabe moves back to his family home in Misty Point to finish out high school, and hopefully leave his past behind. His only goal is to get through high school, graduate, and go to college. But he soon learns that nothing ever happens the way you plan, especially when it comes to Emma Thornton. From the first day at school, he finds himself completely fascinated by her. She's the only girl who isn't glancing at him, whispering about him, or trying to flirt with him. She seems an outcast, but for what reason? As their relationship grows, their secrets come to light, but when Draven's past come back and puts Emma in danger, will he be able to prevent history from repeating itself? Or will Emma pay the ultimate price?
