Since 1995, John has been a writer, editor, letterer, designer, and production assistant in the comic book industry. He has written Cyclops, Detective Comics, Mars Attacks, Godzilla, Thundercats, Gambit, Scarface, Red Sonja, Marvel Zombies Vs. Robert Doty Guillory es un dibujante de cómics nacido y criado en Carencro, una localidad en el extrarradio de Lafayette, Louisiana, conocido sobre todo por dibujar durante ocho años la serie ganadora de un Premio Eisner, Chew, publicada por la editorial Image Comics. También ha colaborado puntualmente con las editoriales Marvel Comics, BOOM! Studios y DC Comics, para las que ha dibujado personajes y títulos tan populares como Power Rangers, The Walking Dead y Thor. Rob se enamoró de los cómics gracias a la colección de su tío abuelo cuando apenas tenía cuatro años. Comenzó a crear sus propios cómics pero nunca pensó en ello como un trabajo real. Eso cambió después de asistir a su primera Comic Con en Houston.
