Synopsis "The Celebration"

Halloween is rapidly approaching and the small town of Shington is excited and ready for it, and their annual festivities they call The Celebration. Seven years prior, Nick, a local trouble-making teen, died in a tragic crash while being chased by the police. Nick and his beloved blue Nova had ended up in the river, Nick dying of his injuries.
