What separates people who merely have potential from those who consistently become more? It isn't talent. It isn't luck. And it isn't motivation. It's the standard they choose to live by. The ELITE Method is a practical philosophy for becoming the kind of person others can trust, follow, and count on. Drawing from nearly two decades of leadership in business, years of coaching athletes, lessons learned behind the camera, and deeply personal experiences with success, failure, adversity, and loss, Craig Allison explores how ordinary decisions shape extraordinary lives. The journey begins with a decision, followed by the standards and discipline required to honor it. From there, the ELITE Method is built around five principles: Excellence — Refuse to settle for merely good enough. Leadership — Understand that influence is earned before it is recognized. Integrity — Become the same person when no one is watching. Tenacity — Keep moving when circumstances give you every reason to stop. Execution — Turn intentions, values, and potential into action. This isn't a book about perfection. It's about progress, character, consistency, and intentionally becoming better—one decision at a time. Whether you're leading a business, building a career, coaching a team, raising a family, pursuing a goal, or simply determined to become more than you were yesterday, The ELITE Method challenges you to stop waiting for circumstances to change and start raising the standard you expect from yourself. Because ELITE is not a destination. It's a decision. Raise the Standard. Become ELITE.
