Synopsis "The Third Bomb"

Dave Edwards and his antagonist, Charlie Stebinski, followed separate career paths after their war experiences on the Korean peninsula...but are thrown together again in this adventure to retrieve an undetonated nuclear weapon lost in Japanese waters since World War II. Clues unfold as Dave returns to the Air Force Academy to conduct research for his Master's thesis. His journey takes him finally to Japan, as he encounters challenging characters along the way. Join Dave as he seeks to find himself, but encounters a new love, an old friend, a new flying buddy and a couple of terrorists...with lots of distractions, surprises and hard turns. This is a story of Dave's learning to deal with personal war-related issues. Watch as he struggles to develop trust in others as he strives to bury his past. A stand-alone sequel to Return to Stanley Canyon.
