Luisa Villalta (A Coruña, 1957-2004), foi unha escritora,docente e violinista galega, homenaxeada no ano 2024 co Dia das Letras Galegas. Unha intelectual poliedrica que traballou en distintos campos, e en todos ben: poesia, teatro, narrativa, ensaio, musica e colaboradora habitual en xornais e revistas. Foi unha muller feminista, ecoloxista e amante da nosa lingua, comprometida cos movementos sociais e culturais como a Festa da Palabra Silenciada e Burla Negra, e formou parte da Mesa Pola Normalizacion Linguistica e da Asociacion de Escritores/as en Lingua Galega.
