Filbert tells Herb that he heard the sound of the horn, after which one of his house guests vanished. He heard it again, and his dog Beowolf disappeared. Add to these goings on, a gang of smugglers and a lively gaggle of English eccentrics and friend Herb seriously wonders if he and his scalp will ever make it back to the States in joint company. A different mystery, with the accent on fun. Alice and Budd Westreich of Westreich Publishing have once again brought back another classic from the 1960's for modern readers of all ages to enjoy.
