Synopsis "Unexhumed"

Just after their marriage in 1870, a wealthy businessman of Philadelphia, Donovan O'Neil murders his wife and her best friend out of a jealous, drunken rage. Soon, after his own death, Donovan finds that his soul does not pass on to heaven and finds himself, haunting his home in a dream-like state that he had built for his murdered wife. Later in the year of 2022, a successful car saleswoman named Amy, searches for a home to start a new life after a stressful divorce. As a single mother, Amy buys an older home because it seems strangely familiar to her and has everything she always wanted in a home. However, little does she know, she was the murdered wife of Donovan O'Neil in this very same home she now owns. After the first days of a new exciting life in her dream home, strange things and occurrences begin to happen to Amy and her family. Amy soon realizes she is involved with the twist of an angry soul which is full of obsession, anger and control from a former past life. The troubled soul and poltergeist, Donovan, wants again to have complete control over his dead wife of which he believes has come back to him. Amy soon realizes that she needs to escape this haunting obsession as her life and two young daughters are living in a dangerous horror of obsession from an unknown past. The story soon becomes a battle of the deviant soul of Donovan with Amy to keep her family safe and to fight for her life and very own soul.
