The night before Kamryn Beauvais loses his family in a bizarre mass suicide orchestrated by a cult leader that calls himself Master Omicron, wolf shifter Rocky Sutter is attacked and badly injured by some of Omicron’s followers.

Rocky and Kam don’t know each other.

But they will.

Kam finds Rocky’s torn bloody clothes and the saddlebag from his motorcycle in a dumpster behind his work, but the saddlebag sits in the trunk of Kam’s car while Kam and his grandparents deal with the insanity created by Omicron.

Once Kam remembers it’s there and finds Rocky’s wallet, he decides to find and save the shifter if he can.

Only Rocky’s gone feral and is running Sasq’et National Park in his wolf form. He has no interest in being found until he sees a human walking the trail blowing a dog whistle as a unicorn follows after him.

This is the fourth tale in the Sasq’et family of stories.
