Synopsis "wrongful death"

Thirteen-year-old diabetic Angela Calvecchi has died following treatment with the experimental drug Mercipine. Despite the overwhelming odds against winning the case, her parents decide to file a wrongful death suit against the giant corporation Mercer Pharmaceuticals.
