(Los Angeles, Chile, 1977) Clinical psychologist. Interested in the integration between contemplative sciences and mental health. Holds a PhD in psychology from the United States on the effects of compassion training at personal and relational levels. Has trained hundreds of mental health professionals in the Compassion-Focused Therapy model in Spain and South America and has led the training of instructors for the Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) program for Spanish-speaking countries. His website, www.cultivarlamente.com, is a reference for content on mindfulness, compassion, and emotional regulation in Spanish.
