Nazareth Castellanos
Nazareth Castellanos holds a degree in Theoretical Physics and a PhD in Neuroscience from the Faculty of Medicine at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has been dedicated to scientific research on brain activity for over twenty years. She has worked at Spanish and European universities such as King's College London and the Max Planck Institute in Germany. She directs a laboratory that investigates the neuroscience of meditation and the relationship between the brain and the rest of the body. She conducts training sessions, for all audiences, on personal growth based on the philosophy of different traditions and the evidence provided by neuroscience.
